Padre Construction Inc., located at 32 Witham Street in scenic Gloucester Massachusetts, is owned and managed by third generation builder James P. Padre and specializes in high quality custom new home construction including additions to existing homes. We also offer custom woodworking and cabinetry in our own workshop.

We are staffed with knowledgeable office staff, project coordinators and highly skilled craftsman. Our construction crews are courteous, conscientious, professional and strive for the highest level of workmanship. We are fully equipped for all residential and light commercial projects offering excavation equipment, moving machinery, generators, a full line of updated power tools and our own custom woodworking shop.

The office is equipped with highly skilled professionals and operates with state of the art estimating, management and scheduling software. We have completed many new homes and projects and our services are offered for the Cape Ann and the surrounding areas, and on & Martha’s Vineyard.
